Another successful sale – Capt M.J. Souza

Dawson & Associates have recently concluded the sale of the purse seiner FV Capt M.J. Souza, formerly part of the Talley’s fleet, to an overseas buyer. The Souza was a longstanding part of the fleet, and the new buyer is very happy with their purchase. Dawson & Associates were involved from the outset negotiating the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, producing the closing documentation, and working with the buyers to ensure a smooth handing over process. By capably handling the process at every step, and producing bespoke solutions, both parties were pleased with the results.
