Families of Gulf Livestock 1 crew member may be able to take legal action

In an interview by RNZ last week, Peter Dawson states that the families of crewmembers missing of Gulf Livestock 1, which sank last week, may be able to take legal action.

If an investigation occurred, it would be carried out by the Panama Maritime Authority as the ship was registered in Panama.
